Process Control & Optimization R&D
Our company is a spin-off the National Distance Education University (known as the UNED in Spain), and our research team has more than 30 years of ongoing R&D activity in the area of process control and optimization, leading to the introduction and industrial application of Predictive, Adaptive Predictive & ADEX control methodologies. A Software Platform for Implementing Industrial Control & Optimization Strategies
As a part of our R&D activity, we have developed a software platform named ADEX COP (Control & Optimization Platform) for the design, development and application of control and optimization strategies (COS), which integrates ADEX controllers.
Development & Implementation of ADEX Systems
Once a specific COS for process has been tested and validated, a generic ADEX System can be developed using the ADEX COP. ADEX systems can be implemented either remotely- what we call "On Top" implementation - or be embedded in client control systems (see Systems & Platforms for more information).
Engineering Support for Overall Plant Optimization
Our engineers can also support our clients to find and define solutions for the overall optimization of their plants, especially with regards to areas such as logistics, maintenance, instrumentation and process design.
ADEX Know-How Transfer
Courses to transfer the know-how of ADEX technology are periodically taught for the engineers of ADEX clients and partners, so that these engineers can learn how to use the technology as a tool for the optimization of their plants and the development of ADEX systems (see Partnership Opportunities for more information).
