The implementation of ADEX technology for adaptive optimized control of coal-fired power plants and combined cycles of ENDESA in SPAIN has been included in the Assets Digitalization Program of the company, within the Digitalization Sections Coal Iberia and Oil & Gas. This represents a new important milestone for the expansion of ADEX technology in the energy sector with the support of ENDESA/ENEL.
ENDESA’s Asset Digitization Plan aims to increase the operational efficiency of its plants, for which it has relied on ADEX after an enduring successful collaboration of this company with ENDESA’s R & D Department in several optimized control projects.
The new agreement includes the implementation of ADEX systems in 37 optimization projects for 8 power plants, coal-fired and combined cycle, within a period of two and a half years.
